PRODUCTION
PRODUCTION TEAM DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY
OUR HEART:
These benchmarks are designed to create a clear and healthy pathway for people to grow spiritually, technically, and relationally as team members.
This is not meant to discourage participation, but to provide clarity, coaching, and confidence for every person desiring to serve.
“Not yet” does not mean “never.” It simply means there are areas still being developed so that we can serve with confidence, unity, humility, and excellence.
Our goal is not perfection — our goal is healthy, prepared, dependable team members who serve the Presence of God and the people in the room well.
