ELECTRIC

GUITAR

ROLE OVERVIEW

Electric guitar adds color, energy, emotion, and texture to the band. Through rhythm parts, lead lines, ambient sounds, and effects, electric guitar helps shape the musical movement of a song. Great guitarists know when to step forward and when to create space.
